AdventHealth Cool Sommer Mornings Series #2 Patriotic Yeti
This event takes place at Clermont Waterfront Park in Clermont, Florida on July 12, 2026. It is one stop in the Cool Sommer Mornings four-event multisport series held at the World Triathlon Destination, Clermont Waterfront Park.
The event includes multiple race formats and distances:
- 5K Run: 3.1 mile run/walk
- Sprint Triathlon: 440-yard swim, 8.2 mile bike, 5K run
- Sprint Triathlon Relay: 440-yard swim, 8.2 mile bike, 5K run
- Sprint Duathlon: 1 mile run, 8.2 mile bike, 5K run
- Sprint Aquabike: 440-yard swim, 8.2 mile bike
- Sprint Aquathlon: 440-yard swim, 5K run
- Double Triathlon: 440-yard swim, 8.2 mile bike, 5K run repeated
- Double Aquabike: 440-yard swim, 8.2 mile bike repeated
- Double Duathlon: 1 mile run, 8.2 mile bike, 5K run, 8.2 mile bike, 5K run
Course details are specified for each discipline. The swim is a rectangular course in Lake Minneola with projected water temperatures of 82 to 84 degrees and wetsuit use governed by USAT rules. The bike course travels clockwise around Lake Minneola; the intermediate distance uses two loops of the 8.2 mile bike course. The run is an out-and-back on the South Lake Trail.
Event amenities include a themed finisher medal, event T-shirt, and an accurately measured, monitored course. Awards are given in overall, masters, and five-year age divisions for specified events, and top finishers are recognized in relay and nonrelay categories. Multi-event series bundles offer discounts of 10% for two events, 13% for three events, and 17% for four events; discounts require bundle registration via the event registration platform.
