Achmony Hill Race
The Achmony Hill Race is held on 22 August 2026 as part of the afternoon program of the Glenurquhart Highland Games. The course is approximately 3.5 miles long with about 700 feet of elevation gain. Much of the route is visible from the games field, allowing spectators to see large sections of the race from the arena.
The event takes place at the Games Field in Drumnadrochit. Entry details posted for the event list an entry fee of £10 and a minimum age of 17 on the event date. Entries opened on 23 January 2026 and close on 20 August 2026; on-the-day entry is also recorded as available until 2:30pm. The organizer is Glenurquhart Highland Games.
