A Spooktacular 5K - Trick or Trunk
A Spooktacular 5K - Trick or Trunk takes place on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at Campus Park in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. The event combines a free, public Trunk or Treat and a night glow 5K run/walk held on paved trails. The park address is 8500 Campus Drive, Mt Pleasant, WI 53406.
The 5K covers 3.1 miles on paved trails. Because the run takes place at night, participants are encouraged to wear lights and bright clothing. Costumes are encouraged for attendees of all ages. Registration is required for the 5K.
Packet pickup is handled on race day at the 5Kevents trailer; there is no pre-race packet pickup option. Parking is provided throughout the park.
Awards recognize the top three male and female finishers with a finisher medal and recognition pin, plus top males and females in 5-year age groups starting at 10 years old and a separate 9 and under category. A costume contest will name winners in Adult and Child categories.
A referral program is offered for registrants. After completing registration, registrants receive a unique link to share; each sign-up through that link counts as a referral. Ten referrals result in a credit for the remainder of the base registration fee. Additional listed incentives include a small social media share discount and a 10 percent credit for referrals.
