9/11 Heroes Run - Louisville, KY
The 9/11 Heroes Run in Louisville is scheduled for September 12, 2026 at Saint Xavier High School, 1609 Poplar Level Road, Louisville KY 40217. The event brings together runners, ruckers, and walkers to honor the heroes of 9/11 and those who have served the nation since, and to engage local veterans, active duty personnel, first responders, and families of the fallen.
Event options include a 5K run and a 5K ruck. The ruck division is offered in partnership with GORUCK; rucking involves walking or running while carrying a weighted rucksack and is based on special forces training. Participants in the GORUCK division will receive this year’s TMF GORUCK patch.
