9/11 Heroes Run - Louisville, KY
The 9/11 Heroes Run in Louisville, Kentucky takes place on September 12, 2026 at Saint Xavier High School, 1609 Poplar Level Road, 40217. The event honors the heroes of 9/11 and those who have served since. It activates and unites communities and supports local veterans, active duty personnel, first responders, and families of the fallen.
The event includes running and rucking options plus volunteer roles:
- 5K Run - open to individuals and families of all fitness levels.
- 5K Ruck - GORUCK division; registered ruckers receive this year's TMF GORUCK patch.
Registration for race entries opens June 3, 2026 and closes June 30, 2026. Fees are $36.00 for the 5K Run and $41.00 for the 5K Ruck. Volunteer registration is free and remains open through September 12, 2026.
