9runrun Ottawa

9runrun Ottawa is a community running event held at Village Square Park in Stittsville, Ontario on Saturday, October 17, 2026. The event is a fundraiser for the Ottawa First Responders Foundation and supports local fire, paramedic and police personnel.

The event offers multiple distances

• 21K half marathon
• 10K
• 5K
• Family 2K

Registration includes a custom 9runrun medal, a personalized race bib, professional timing, free downloadable race photos and post race snacks. Participants registered for the half marathon by July 15 will receive a 9runrun running cap presented by Bell Let’s Talk; caps will be available at race bib pick up. Race bib pick up and onsite registration details are to be announced.

Strollers are permitted on the Family 2K only and should start at the rear. All participants in the Family 2K must be registered. Volunteer opportunities are available and the event provides ways to give back to the Ottawa First Responders community. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
