Event details

The 5KX - The HYBRID 5k is scheduled for Saturday, November 22, 2025 in West Palm Beach, FL at 9067 Southern Blvd, 33411. Course format

Subsequent stations include a rope climb plus 20 sandbag lunges (40#), another 800m run, five wall hurdles with 10 dumbbell thrusters (50#/30#, 30#/20#), an 800m run, a sled pull plus 20 push ups, an 800m run, a sandbag carry with five sandbag toss overs (150#/100#, 100#/75#), and a final 800m run to the finish.
