3rd Annual Rumppe Family Brain Aneurysm Awareness Run/Walk
The 3rd Annual Rumppe Family Brain Aneurysm Awareness Run/Walk takes place in Downtown Muskegon at 500 Adelaide Circle and follows the Muskegon bike path along the shoreline of Muskegon Lake.
Distances offered:
- 5K run
- 1 mile walk
The event is not timed and welcomes runners, walkers, families and supporters of all ages and abilities. Registration for the 5K carries a fee of $40. Registration includes an event T shirt, finisher medal and race bib. Packet pick up will be held the day of the event at 500 Adelaide Circle.
Water stations will be available along the course for participants. The event benefits the Brain Aneurysm Foundation and is sponsored by Bear Lake Tavern and Muskegon Brewing Company. After the event, presenting a race bib, medal or T shirt at Bear Lake Tavern provides a 10% discount on the total bill, and 5% of Bear Lake Tavern sales that day will be donated to the Brain Aneurysm Foundation.
