5K 4 Rent
The 5K 4 Rent is an annual running event held in Cincinnati, Ohio, at the TM Berry International Friendship Park. The event serves as a fundraiser for The Apartment Association Outreach, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides emergency assistance and support to families and individuals in the Greater Cincinnati area. Specifically, proceeds from the race support the Rental Assistance Program, which helps residents maintain their housing during financial hardships.

Participants take part in a timed run along a course located within the park. Registration includes a unisex, soft-style tee shirt for those who sign up by the designated deadline. Children aged 10 and under can participate for free, though this option is untimed, does not include a shirt, and does not qualify for age group awards. Paid registration is required for children who wish to be eligible for timing and awards.
Post-race amenities include water, snacks, and grab-and-go breakfast sandwiches. Awards are provided for the first, second, and third-place male and female finishers. Limited parking is available at the park and the adjacent Montgomery Inn Boathouse. Results are posted online immediately following the conclusion of the event.
