Strides for Safety 5K takes place on April 18, 2026, at Kestrel Point Shelter in Winton Woods Park, Cincinnati, OH. Registration is 100% online, including on race day. Early bird pricing before March 30, 2026 is $20 for adults and $18 for youth (13 and under) or seniors (60 and older). After March 30, prices increase to $25 for adults and $20 for youth or seniors; race-day registration is higher. The listing notes 250 available spots and that prices increase after March 30, 2026. A referral program offers a $10 discount for referring five people, and a referral challenge awards a $150 gift card to the person who refers the most sign-ups by April 11, subject to a minimum of five referrals.
Logistics and extras
Parking for participants is free on race day. Some attendees may need a Hamilton County Parks motor vehicle permit; for Hamilton County residents the permit cost is $5 for a day or $10 for an annual permit. The event provides free participant and volunteer T-shirts in sizes small to XL, while supplies last. Post-race offerings include allergen-friendly food, a coffee truck, raffle prizes, music, family games, and free water at the finish.
