13th Annual 4 Miles 4 Water
The event takes place on May 30, 2026 at Flats East Bank in Cleveland, Ohio, at 1085 Old River Road. It is organized by Drink Local Drink Tap to advocate and fundraise for global water equity. The organizer states that each registration provides safe drinking water to one person for life.
Distances offered include:
- 4 Mile Run
- 1 Mile Walk
- Virtual 4 Mile Run
The 4 Mile Run uses a USATF-certified course. Virtual options are available for the 4 Mile Run and 1 Mile. Other participation types noted include a Youth Fun Dash, a Non-Runner / Non-Walker Supporter option, and a Community Plog.
The Community Plog provides buckets, gloves, and trash grabbers, and entry to the 4 Mile or 1 Mile is not included in that ticket type. Suggested parking areas are listed near the venue, and street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Fundraising awards include categories for largest team in attendance, largest fundraising amount, and best team spirit. Additional lighthearted awards are planned such as best water themed costume, dog awards, and finish line cheer recognition.
