About the race
The University Hospitals Cleveland Marathon is a long-running race weekend in Cleveland, Ohio. It offers four distances: a 26.2-mile full marathon, 13.1-mile half, 10K (6.2 miles), and 5K (3.1 miles), plus a Kids’ Run. The event began in 1978 to bring a positive fitness experience to the city and today emphasizes its Charity Program, supporting dozens of local partner organizations.
Race weekend also features a Health & Fitness Expo and active sponsorship, including recognition of personal-record milestones and course attempts.
