About the race
24 Hours of Heroes takes place November 7–8, 2026 in London, Ontario, at 714 Algoma Avenue and at multiple host and satellite gym locations across Canada. The event supports Wounded Warriors Canada and is presented in its 11th year. The format features a series of CrossFit-style "Hero" workouts, with a new workout scheduled nearly every hour. Gyms may choose to complete any number of the workouts; participants may also complete workouts remotely at home.
Remote registration includes access to a Zoom link and instructional videos that show scaling options, including limited- and no-equipment variations. First responder groups are invited to participate in a modified version of the event. Several host locations are listed for in-person participation, including Carbon Heights Fitness Academy (Lindsay), CrossFit Stōic (London), Forge X (Fergus), The Market Gym (Lindsay), Ironstone Strength & Conditioning (Halifax), Ottawa Ruck Club (meeting at the Canadian War Museum), CrossFit Oshawa (Oshawa), Aduro Athletics (Woodstock) and Modern Health & Performance (London). Top fundraising individuals, gyms, and first responder teams receive prizes from sponsors. Event fundraising metrics shown on the event page include CA$1,087.89 raised toward a CA$80,000 goal and 16 registered participants.
