321 Island Strong 5K
The 321 Island Strong 5K is a community fundraising event held on June 6, 2026 at the Brevard Veterans Memorial Center in Merritt Island, Florida. The event raises funds to equip, support, and strengthen the volunteers of the Merritt Island Volunteer Fire Department.
The event consists of a single 5K Run/Walk. Registration opens February 1, 2026. Fee pricing listed for the event includes adult and child categories: through June 5 adult registration is $30 and child registration for ages 12 and under is $25; race day fees are higher with adult $35 and child $30. One race T shirt per registered participant is guaranteed for registrations submitted by May 10, 2026. Early packet pickup is offered Friday, June 5 at Running Zone, 3696 N. Wickham Rd, with pickup hours from 10 AM to 6:30 PM. Race day registration and packet pickup are available at the Brevard Veterans Memorial Center. Awards are presented immediately following the race.
Event amenities noted include a scenic route through a park and after race drinks and snacks. Awards are given to the top 3 overall men and women, top masters men and women age 40 and over, and top 3 men and women in multiple age groups from 13 and under through 80 plus.
