3 Bridges 10k

3 Bridges 10k, run by Lancaster & Morecambe AC, is held at the club’s Lancaster clubhouse (LA1 5JS, UK). This popular 10-kilometre route follows the River Lune and includes crossings over the Millennium Bridge, Aqueduct Bridge, and Greyhound Bridge. All finishers receive medals, with prizes awarded to the first three men and first three women, plus additional prizes depending on entry.

Fees vary by affiliation: around £21 for affiliated runners, £23 for unaffiliated, and about £17 for Lancaster Runners Club members.
