20K Swimrun
This event combines river swimming and off-road running across a total distance of 20K. The course starts at Eynsham Lock and finishes at Wytham Chalet in Oxfordshire. Swimming sections take place in the River Thames and running sections follow woodland, cross-country style tracks in the semi-ancient Wytham University woodlands.

- Run sections totaling 16.5 km
The format includes three swim legs and three run legs. There are three feed stations providing water and isotonic drinks; any additional nutrition is the participant's responsibility. Change-of-clothes bags must be loaded at the start at Eynsham Lock and will be transported to the finish at the chalet/cafe tent; changing into warm clothes after the swim is a compulsory requirement.
Registration is located at OX29 4BP and there is ample parking at Siemens car park OX29 4BP. Entries are non-transferable and are subject to the event refund policy. Race merchandise is available for sale and the Swim Oxford cafe/tent is present for post-race refreshments and socialising. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
