Longworth 10k
Longworth 10k is a 10-kilometre, multi-terrain race held in Longworth, Oxfordshire (OX13 5DU). The route winds through rolling countryside and along the River Thames, starting on a gravel track at the village edge, skirting the ridge to the river, then following a grass track along the Thames Path before returning via a yellow-brick road and bridle path to finish near Longworth Manor. Described as a stunning course rather than a PB contender, it features kilometre markers and water stops around 3km and 8km.
Special perks include free locally made artisan ice cream at the finish from The Oxford Cow, plus a beanie for the first 100 finishers and a kids’ fun run. On-day entries are available up to 200 entrants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
