Luau 5K & 10K in Midlothian, VA
This event offers two measured race options that use a short out and back loop of 0.78M. The 5K is run by repeating the loop two times and the 10K by repeating it four times. The course has a posted overall time limit of 2:00 hours.
Runners meet at the Headstock next to Loch Lothian. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race. All participants must register online through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration.
Registration fees are listed per distance: 5K registration fee is $30.00 and 10K registration fee is $45.00. All finishers receive a themed finisher medal. There is a best costume recognition; a group photo is taken at the beginning of each race and the best costume is awarded at that time.
