Event Overview

Event Details
The main activity is a 5 km run or walk. Teams are encouraged to participate. A pre-race warm-up session is provided for teams. The event is described as a major networking opportunity and post-race party, sometimes referred to as "Richmond's Biggest Office Party."
The post-race party, named the Hirschler Post Race Office Party, features a DJ providing music. Participants receive a drink ticket that can be redeemed for a complimentary beer, hard seltzer, or non-alcoholic beer.
The event has a minimum age requirement of 8 years old. Participants under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Rules and Policies
Several items are prohibited on the course: baby joggers, strollers, carriers, bicycles, roller skates, in-line skates, and dogs. Consumption of alcohol before the event and bringing outside alcohol are not permitted. The post-race area must be vacated by 9:00 PM.
