US Road Running - Akron
The Haunted 5K and 10K event takes place in Akron, Pennsylvania. The race utilizes a paved out-and-back course that measures 0.78 miles for a single leg, totaling 1.56 miles for one complete out-and-back loop. Participants in different distances complete this loop multiple times to reach their goal.
The following distances are available:
- 5K: This distance involves completing the out-and-back loop two times.
- 10K: This distance involves completing the out-and-back loop four times.
The event has a total course time limit of two hours. Packet pickup is conducted on the morning of the race, beginning 30 minutes before the start and concluding 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the event. All participants must register via the RunSignup platform, as no on-site registration is provided on the day of the race.
Facilities at the site include bathrooms located at the pavilion near the starting line. All participants who complete their respective distances receive finisher medals.
