Jan's Daisy Dash : 13th Annual 5K Run/Walk
Jan's Daisy Dash is a community 5K run/walk held on October 10, 2026 at Cocalico High School Stadium, behind Denver Elementary, 700 S. 4th Street, Denver, PA 17517. The event is organized to raise funds for Jan’s Circle of Friends, a registered 501-C(3) nonprofit that assists children in the community affected by domestic violence or parental loss.
The course is open to runners and walkers of all ages and is stroller and wheelchair accessible. Finish-line timing and results service are provided by Pretzel City Sports, with results posted on PretzelCitySports.com. A course map is available from Jan’s Circle of Friends.
Awards include medals and prizes for overall male and female finishers. Medals are awarded to the top male and female finishers in each age bracket, with a prize presented to second place for the following brackets: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+ years.
Registration fees are $25 for early entries postmarked by September 14, 2026 and $30 for registrations postmarked after that date through race day. All pre-registrants are guaranteed a T-shirt; additional T-shirts are available while supplies last. Paper and online registration options are listed by the organizers.
