Event overview
The Medal Madness 5K & 10K takes place on March 21, 2026, at Loyd H Roland Memorial Park in Akron, PA (221 N 11th St, 17501). The event includes two distances: 5K and 10K. Entry requires online registration on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. The entry fee increases on the Monday before the race.
Course and logistics
The course is paved and is run as an out-and-back route. The 5K completes the out-and-back twice; the 10K completes it four times. Bathrooms are located at the pavilion by the starting line. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race. A course time limit of 2:00 hours is in place.
