Participation is open to the public, but all participants must register through the official online platform as there is no on-site registration.
The race follows an out-and-back course layout. Each lap of the out-and-back section measures 1.56 miles. Runners choose between the following distances:
- 5K: This distance requires completing the out-and-back course two times.

A course time limit of 2:00 hours is in effect for all participants. Essential facilities, including bathrooms, are situated at the pavilion near the starting line. Packet pickup is conducted on the morning of the event, closing shortly before the start.
Participants who complete their respective distances receive a themed finisher medal. While not mandatory, runners are encouraged to wear costumes, and an award for the best costume is presented after a group photo session held before the race begins.
