Medal Madness 5K & 10K : Panama City, FL
Medal Madness is scheduled for September 5, 2026 at the Callaway Recreational Complex in Panama City, Florida. The event offers two measured distances:
- 5K
- 10K
The race is presented as a small, family-friendly event that welcomes runners and walkers. Participants receive a themed finisher medal. The event uses digital timing and awards 1st, 2nd, and 3rd overall placings, plus best costume prizes and series points for connected series standings.
Registration details note entry pricing starting at $30 plus signup fees, with a reduced youth rate of $5 plus fees for ages 5 to 15 and a 50% discount for club members. All runners are asked to register online before race day. There is a two hour course time limit.
Race-day logistics include parking near the starting line and permanent restroom facilities within the park. Race staff are typically small in number and EMS is not stationed on site. Water stations are limited to the finish area at the end of each lap and at the race finish; water, fruit or snacks, and a granola bar are available at the start line and after the race.
