Event overview
The 16th Annual 10 Mile Brewery Run in Memory of Ric DiVeglio takes place on January 17, 2026 in Patchogue, New York at The Sandbar, 31 Baker Pl. The race is for participants aged 21 and over. The course is a certified, flat 10-mile route and includes a 2 hour 15 minute cutoff; runners who cannot finish within that time will be asked to move off the course and will not receive a finish time. Pacers are provided this year.
Race details and amenities
The event includes a post-race celebration with complimentary Blue Point beer, post-race food, and live music. Amenities provided to entrants include a long sleeve tech race shirt, custom finisher medal, water stops and portable toilets at miles 3, 5 and 7, age-graded results, and a self-serve bag drop at the post-race party area. Bib pickup is available in the days before the event and on race day at The Sandbar. Team divisions and perks are offered for groups, with team scoring rules and table or VIP benefits for larger teams.
The race supports charitable beneficiaries; participants who raise $300 receive a refund of their registration fee and the funds are split among Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Patchogue Medford Youth & Community Services, and William's Warriors. Awards include top 3 overall, top 3 in multiple age groups, wheelchair divisions, masters, senior masters, and age-graded prizes. Free group training runs are offered at Blue Point Brewing Company.
