The 17th Annual 10 Mile Brewery Run
The event is a USATF certified, scenic, flat 10 miles held in Patchogue, New York, with the start line at The Sandbar (31 Baker Pl.) and the post-race celebration at Blue Point Brewing Company (225 W Main St.). The event is restricted to participants aged 21 and over.
Participants run a certified 10 mile course and receive a long sleeve tech shirt and a custom finisher medal. Post-race amenities at the after party include complimentary Blue Point beer for attendees, food, live music, a live DJ, and free finish line photos. Course support includes electrolyte drinks, water stops and portable toilets at miles 3, 5 and 7, and electronic age graded timing with live online results and downloadable finisher certificates.
Pacing groups are provided at a range of minute mile goals: 7, 7:30, 8, 8:30, 9, 9:30, 10, 10:30, 11, 11:30 and 12 minute mile pacers. There is a race cutoff time of 2 hours and 15 minutes; roads are closed under the event permit until 10:30am.
Additional event details: early bib pickup is available at Blue Point Brewing Company on Thursday, January 14 (3pm-8pm) and Friday, January 15 (2pm-7pm), with race day pickup in a tent at The Sandbar. Team divisions and perks are offered for groups, and awards include top overall and age group placings as well as wheelchair and age graded honors.
