10 Mile Brewery Run (memorial event)
The event is a 10 Mile road race held on January 16, 2027 in Patchogue, New York, with the finish area and post-race party at The Sandbar. Entry is restricted to persons aged 21 and over. Registration was not yet open at the time of the event listing.
Amenities include tech-fabric race shirts in men's and women's sizing, custom finisher medals, live music, post-race refreshments, Blue Point Brewing Company beer and non-alcoholic beer from Monatuk Brewery, and age-graded results. A self-serve bag drop is available at the post-race party; organizers do not assume responsibility for belongings. Water stations and portable toilets are located at miles 3, 5 and 7.
Team scoring allows one entry per team division in Male, Female and Co-ed. Team perks include a dedicated table for teams of 15 or more, a first round of beer for teams of 25 or more, and a VIP portable for teams of 50 or more.
Awards are given to top finishers overall and by age group, including Top 3 Men and Women overall, Top 3 Men and Women in age groups from 21-24 through 80+, top wheelchair racers, age-graded awards, masters and senior masters. The course has a 2 hour 15 minute cutoff.
Bib pickup is offered prior to race day at Blue Point Brewing Company and on race morning at The Sandbar tent; runners must know their bib number to pick up a bib. Fundraising of $300 results in a refunded registration fee, with raised funds split among three designated charities. Live online and same-day results, video and finish-line photos are provided. Public transit access is available via Patchogue LIRR station, about a 12-minute walk to the start area; several approved parking locations are listed for attendees.
