Napa Fall Wine Country Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K
The event is the 34th annual Napa Fall Wine Country race held at Bothe-Napa Valley State Park in Saint Helena, California on October 24, 2026. It offers multiple trail distances and is limited to 300 participants.
The course runs on single-track trails through the state park and includes hills, streams, and rocky sections. The route is marked with orange ribbon; runners should follow the ribbon at all trail crossings. There is one aid station located at the start and finish area. Half marathoners pass the aid station once between loops. Marathon aid station stops occur near miles 6, 10, 16, and 20. Participants are advised to carry water.
Course cut-off time is six hours, which corresponds to approximately a 13:45 min/mile pace for marathoners, 27:30 min/mile pace for half marathoners, and 58 min/mile pace for 10K entrants. Hikers and walkers may participate. Headphones and other audio devices are not allowed on course due to narrow trails and safety concerns.
Event entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refund protection must be purchased at checkout to be valid; without it, cancellations before September 24, 2026 may receive a rollover credit minus a $20 fee, and after that date a doctor s note is required for credit.
