Talon Trot 5K & Fun Run
The Talon Trot 5K & Fun Run takes place on October 10, 2026 at Stockton University Sports Center in Galloway, NJ. The event includes multiple races for different participant groups and a youth fun run.
The course starts and finishes on the track, passes through campus dorm areas, goes by the North Athletic Fields, and follows wooded trails around Lake Fred. The route includes flat track sections and shaded forest paths.
Distances included:
- 3.1 Miles - Talon Trot 5K, Young Alumni 5K, Student 5K
- 440 Yards - Talon Tikes youth race
Participants receive a commemorative race t-shirt and post-race recovery items including drinks, fruit, and energy bars. A commemorative race medal is available for purchase during registration for $10. Awards are given to the top three finishers in the men's and women's divisions and to the top finisher in each age group. Age groups are: 5-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
Registration fees listed for the events are $35 for the Talon Trot 5K, $25 for the Young Alumni 5K, $15 for the Student 5K, and no fee for Talon Tikes.
