The kids' race is a 1 km loop around Holland Park for ages 0 to 10; parents may run alongside, push a stroller, or spectate. The virtual race requires participants to pick up their race bib and medal at package pickup.
Race registration includes a finisher medal, a CA$20 New Balance gift card on select items, a RunSurreyRun sticker, chip-timed live results, a certified course, post-race snacks and refreshments, a leaderboard, and free photos. An optional RunSurreyRun T-shirt is available for 5 km and 10 km entries at additional cost; kids' run entries include a free shirt. T-shirt orders must be placed by August 15 to guarantee size.
Fundraising progress is shown with CA$3,647.12 raised toward a CA$10,000 goal. Listed organizations include community services, BC Cancer Foundation, Surrey Hospitals Foundation, and others.
