CD Joinery Bluff 2 Boat Ramp Fun Run & Walk
The event takes place on March 21, 2027, at the Waterfront Parklands Haines Park on Best Street in Devonport, TAS. The start and finish are located under the Elevated Walkway in the city centre. The course includes fast, certified World Athletics road sections.
Distances offered:
- 10 km World Athletics certified course
- 5 km World Athletics certified out and back course
- 1.5 km out and back road course
- Kids 500 m for children 8 years and under
There are age-specific entries for under 16 runners and walkers in the 10 km and 5 km events. The kids 500 m is not officially timed; guardians may run with children free of charge and can collect a free guardian wristband at bib collection. Guardians who wish to contribute to school challenge team totals must register in the 1.5 km, 5 km, or 10 km events.
A free group training program is offered for participants who enter the 10 km or 5 km events; these sessions are held weekly on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. from January 7 until event day.
