Rachel & Friends 5k
Rachel & Friends is a nonprofit that works with adults with developmental disabilities and with others in the community who have developmental challenges. The event takes place on October 24, 2026 in Washington Township, Ohio, at 1700 Lyons Road, 45458.
The event program includes the following distances:
- 5k (3.1 Miles) Run/Walk, registration fee $30.
- 1 mile (1 Miles) Run/Walk, registration fee $30.
- 0.25 miles Fun Run for kids, free.
Online registration opens April 1, 2026 and closes October 24, 2026. The deadline to register online to receive a shirt for the 5k is October 10, 2026; registrations made online or in person after that date may not receive a shirt at the event. In-person registration will be available on the day of the event at 8:00 p.m. Packet pick up is scheduled for October 23, 2026 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 1700 Lyons Road, Suite A2, A New You Total Wellness.
Awards are presented to top overall finishers and by age group. Overall placements award gift cards: 1st place male and female receive $200 each, 2nd place male and female receive $100 each, and 3rd place male and female receive $50 each. Additional awards are given to the top male and female in each age group: 0-11, 12-18, 19-39, 40-59, and 60 and up. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
