Mother's Day Classic - Wondai
The event takes place on the South Burnett Rail Trail in Wondai, with the event village and registration located behind the Wondai Town Hall. The course follows the bitumen rail trail heading south, crosses a timber bridge, continues along a gently rising wooded path, then turns around to return to the start and finish area.
Distances offered:
- 8 km run
- 4 km run
- 4 km walk (walk waves are open to running)
Key onsite details include ample free parking near the town centre, toilets adjacent to the arrival zone, Lions Club BBQ, and water dispensers. Participants are asked to bring their own water. The course is pram and wheelchair friendly. Dogs are allowed in all areas, including the course, but must be on leash.
