About the race
Run the Trails Afan Forest is the final race of the 2026 RTT Series and will determine the overall standings for the series. The event offers two separate trail routes over forest paths, with distinct courses for each distance.
Distances:
- 5 km
- 10 km
Routes use varied terrain through Afan Forest and are fully marked and marshalled. Participants are asked to keep to the left where possible and to respect other path users. Provisional GPX files exist for both distances and routes may change prior to race day.
Included with entry are a finisher's medal, chip timing, event facilities and water stations. Parking is at Bryn Bettws Lodge in Pontrhydyfen, Port Talbot SA12 9SP and the cost for parking is included in the ticket. Ticket prices listed for the event are 24.99 GBP for the 5 km entry and 29.99 GBP for the 10 km entry.
