Entries and entry changes Online entries close before the event and may close early if fields sell out. Race bibs can be posted to entrants who select postage during entry; otherwise race packs are collected at event registration. Refunds are not given. Entries may be transferred to another runner or upgraded/downgraded subject to availability; a transfer administration fee applies and cut-off dates apply to transfers and changes.
Race operations and services Timing chips are integrated into race bibs and record net times. All finishers receive a medal; trophies are awarded to the first three overall male and female finishers in the marathon, half marathon, 10 km and 5 km. Finishers in most distances can download a certificate. Results and event photos will be published online after the event. Aid stations will be contact-less, located approximately every 2 km, offering water and RunXPerform. A secure bag drop and first aid will be available within the event precinct.
Rules and safety Prams and pets are not allowed on course. Wave starts may be used; runners should follow marshal instructions and keep left to allow faster competitors to pass on the right.
