Monkey Run and Car Show
Monkey Run and Car Show takes place on October 10, 2026 at Crystal Beach Park, 105 Temple Houston Rd., Woodward, OK 73801. The event combines a running program, a vehicle show, and activities for children, with proceeds supporting the nonprofit Eternal Surrender.
The running program offers these distances:

Registration is listed at $20 and includes a super-soft t-shirt and access to the after party; registrants must register by 9/23 to be guaranteed a shirt. A "Sleepy Monkey" registration option allows participants to have a shirt mailed without attending the run.
The 5K course is a flat out-and-back route on paved sidewalks and roadways. Free on-site parking is available. Finishers receive medals; 5K awards include overall male and female and first through third place in five-year age divisions.
The car show accepts vehicle entries for a fee of $20 per vehicle plus $5 for each additional vehicle, with free admission for spectators. Child-focused activities include a kids car show for Power Wheels, dune buggies, go karts, bikes and other wheeled items, a Kids Wheels Parade, a coloring contest, and a bounce house.
