Earth Day Buckle Mania
Earth Day Buckle Mania is scheduled for April 23 to 25, 2027 in Abilene, KS and is organized by Iron Will Racing. The event offers 12 hour, 24 hour, and 48 hour race options held on a certified 1.8228 mile paved loop through a mostly shaded private park.
Runners earn buckle awards as they reach specific cumulative distances during the event; multiple buckles can be earned in a single outing. The buckle distances are listed below.

- 100K
- 100 Mile
- 150 Mile
- 200 Mile
All entrants receive a tri-blend shirt. Entries completed by April 1, 2026 are guaranteed a shirt. Additional awards include top female and top male recognitions in each race and overall awards.
Lodging for the runner is included in the entry fee; facilities include cabins, heated buildings, RV hook ups, and heated showers. Rates for crew and family are available from the organizer. Pacers are permitted after 12 hours and muling is not allowed. Deferral requests must be made up to 30 days before the event and are valid for one year.
