Iron Will Backroads takes place in Enterprise, KS. The event offers the following distances:
- 50K
- 100K
- 100 Mile
Entry fees listed are $125 for the 50K, $175 for the 100K, and $225 for the 100 Mile. Registration closes on Wed, May 13 at 11:59 PM CT. To be guaranteed a shirt, registration must be completed by 04/23/2026. All participants receive a tri-blend shirt. Awards are given to male and female winners in each race, and finisher buckles are provided to all finishers.
Course and logistics
The full course is 100.35 miles made up of nine 11.15-mile loops. There is a manned aid station at mile 6 of each loop. The route is on gravel roads and a rail trail with very little asphalt. The rail trail section includes an active historic train along the trail.
Pacers are allowed starting on loop #6; only one pacer at a time is permitted and all pacers must sign a waiver. No distance drop-downs or changes are allowed after the race has begun. The event offers 100% deferrals within 30 days of the event without requiring a reason. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
