Zombie Run

The Zombie Run is a unique and fun running event held at Colchester Sports Park in Essex. Participants run up to ten laps of a flat, one-mile track, with the challenge of outrunning a "Zombie Horde" pacers who gradually increase their speed from a 15-minute mile to a 5-minute mile. The last runner remaining wins the race.

Fancy dress and makeup are encouraged to enhance the spooky atmosphere. The event features a family-friendly vibe with an event village offering food, drinks, and activities. All finishers receive a medal, and the winner earns a bespoke Zombie Run trophy.
