ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk : Capital Area
The ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk - Capital Area is scheduled for September 19, 2026 and takes place at The Fields at RFK in Washington, DC. The event is offered as an in-person gathering with a virtual participation option through the RunGo app.

The day features Survivor and Caregiver Recognition and a Kids Dash, along with kid-friendly stations and activities for families. Registration for the event is free and is required to participate. Fundraising is a central component: participants who raise $100 by August 29 will receive the official Run/Walk t-shirt by mail before the event. Patients and survivors who register by that deadline receive a complimentary shirt; shirts earned or registered for after the deadline are mailed after the event. There will be no t-shirt pick up on event day.
Accommodations for accessibility are available if requested at least seven days before the event, including materials in accessible formats and sign language interpretation. Donations support ZERO Prostate Cancer programs for education, screening, navigation, emotional support, advocacy, and health equity. Across the Run/Walk series, the organization reports raising $48 million over 18 years, $5,000,000 in local grants, and engaging about 200,000 participants.
