The Zaching Running Festival
The Zaching Running Festival is scheduled for November 21, 2026 at Turf Valley Towne Square / Turf Valley Resort in Ellicott City, Maryland. The event benefits the Zaching Against Cancer Foundation and raises funds to provide financial and practical assistance to people and families affected by cancer.

The 5K and 10K races are professionally timed. Registration opens July 15, 2026. Registration deadlines are August 31, 2026 for the 5K and 10K, and November 18, 2026 for the 1 Mile Walk. Published registration fees are $75 for the 10K, $65 for the 5K, and $32 for the 1 Mile Walk. Registration for the 5K and 10K includes a race premium.
The course runs through Turf Valley and is described as scenic. The finish area includes a post-race celebration with live music, food options including oysters, pizza and Easy Street Tacos, a beer garden and Bloody Marys.
Funds raised support the Little Things for Cancer Program and provide assistance such as transportation to treatment, groceries, utility assistance, prescription co-pays and other services for families throughout Maryland. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
