Vendor information
Vendor registration is capped at 50 spaces with an application deadline of March 1, 2026. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and priority is given to Schuylkill County businesses and returning vendors; non Schuylkill County businesses pay a participation fee. Accepted vendors must set up under a 10x10 tent and supply their own tents, tables, and chairs. Setup is required on April 17 between 2:00pm and 7:00pm, with limited setup available on race day.
