Vendor information
Vendor applications are open with a deadline of March 1, 2026, and vendor spaces are capped at 50. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; priority is given to Schuylkill County-based businesses and returning vendors. Non Schuylkill County businesses are charged a participation fee. Accepted vendors must set up their space on April 17 and must use a 10x10 tent; vendors supply their own tents, tables, and chairs or may request rental assistance for an additional fee.
