Youghal Bay Half Marathon & 10km 2026
The event offers two road races through the town of Youghal in County Cork: a Half Marathon and a 10 km. The courses run around the town streets and the seafront Front Strand area and include sections of the Greenway. A permit has been approved, cert. no: 26/102.
The Half Marathon uses a two-lap configuration of the main route, which gives supporters multiple opportunities to see runners. The 10 km is a single lap of the same route. Full road closures will be in place along the course.
Entries carry a charity contribution of €2 per entry. There is a strictly enforced minimum age of 16 years to compete in either race. All finishers receive a specially designed medal for their distance and a finisher t-shirt. Registered participants are eligible for a free one-month strength and conditioning trial through a partner app called Running Buddy; a discount code YOUGHALBAY26 is provided for the trial.
