You Thirsty 5K

The You Thirsty 5K is a community-driven 5 km run focused on raising awareness about drinking water and staying hydrated. The event is hosted by SUPLMNT and takes place in Cooper River Park (Vista Deck) in Pennsauken, New Jersey. The run is scheduled for a Saturday in May.

The event blends fitness, culture, music, and wellness into an early-morning outdoor experience. Along the course, runners pass hydration stations and educational signage. There is also music and a festive atmosphere.

A key part of the event is the "Buy One, Give One" initiative. Each registration includes a custom, limited-edition "YOU THIRSTY 5K" SUPLMNT bottle. A matching bottle is also donated to a youth through community partners. Additional event features include a DJ, wellness vendors, SUPLMNT check-in tents, and event merchandise. The course is described as a mapped trail through the park.
