Altra Yorkshire 10 Mile : York, 18 October 2026
The Altra Yorkshire 10 Mile is a 10-mile road race held in York with the start line at the University of York. Entrants must be 18 years or older. The event includes chip timing, a finisher’s goody bag and an exclusive medal, and there is an option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt and an engraved iTAB.

On-the-day services and logistics
An Event Village near the start and finish will offer food and drink for purchase and host partner charities. Water stations on course will provide 330 ml bottles and recycling bins; High5 energy stations will supply Zero tabs and energy gels. Baggage can be left in a designated Baggage Store using the tear-off strip on the race number. Toilets are located around the stadium. Medical personnel will be positioned at regular intervals, with fixed first aid stations near water stations and a first aid unit and recovery area close to the start and finish. Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will be on course with flags showing target finish times. MarathonPhotos will take photos during the event for later purchase.
Travel options to the venue include car, park and ride, bus, rail, bike and air. Car parking at the University of York is for Blue Badge holders only; a Pullman Park and Ride will operate from Elvington Airfield. Race numbers are usually posted about two weeks before the event; overseas postal addresses will not receive posted race numbers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
