York YMCA Turkey Trot 5K
The 30th Annual York YMCA Turkey Trot is a 5K event held in York, Pennsylvania on November 26, 2026. The event offers both in-person and virtual participation with separate Adult (14 and over) and Youth (13 and under) categories. The distance for all entries is 3.1 Miles.
Registration opens August 1 and closes October 25. A price increase takes effect on October 27. Shirt options are available through November 16. Race registrations are not transferable. Virtual entries are supported by the RaceJoy app. Virtual registrants who live outside York and Lancaster counties may have shirts shipped for a flat $10 fee.
Packet pick up is available at the Graham Aquatic Center, 543 N. Newberry St., and at the YMCA branch at 90 N. Newberry St.; specific pickup dates and times are provided for the days before the event and on race day. Free parking is available at the Susquehanna Commerce Center, 221 W. Philadelphia St.
Course rules and services include no dogs on the course per city ordinance, permission to use strollers, and guidance for walkers to position at the back of the starting area. A referral program offers a $20 refund when five friends register using the generated code. The event also collects food and check donations for the Catholic Harvest Food Pantry and supports YMCA community health programs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
