York 10k

The Arla Protein York 10K, established in 2009, is one of Yorkshire’s most popular and scenic city running events. Held in York, the race starts and finishes on Knavesmire Road near York Racecourse. The flat and fast course takes runners through the heart of the city, passing historic landmarks such as the ancient city walls, Clifford’s Tower, and York Minster.

Known for its electric atmosphere, the event welcomes runners aged 15 and over of all abilities. Participants receive chip timing, a finisher’s medal, goody bag, and have the option to purchase a finisher t-shirt. The event emphasizes sustainability and community spirit.
