YMCA Race Weekend : overview
YMCA Race Weekend takes place June 13-14, 2026 at Green Lakes State Park in Fayetteville, New York. The event runs across two days and includes multisport and running events hosted by the YMCA of Central New York. The weekend is organized by volunteers and raises funds for the YMCA's charitable programs.

Course, community impact and policies
The 8K Trail Race uses a mix of groomed trails, single-track technical sections, gravel and grass, and passes through old growth forests, meadows, and around two lakes. The event supports YMCA programs such as Safety Around Water, Power Scholars Academy, and the Cancer Survivors Program. There is no rain date; the Race Director may cancel or modify the race for safety.
