YMCA Corporate Cup 5K Run/Walk - Baton Rouge
The YMCA Corporate Cup 5K Run/Walk takes place on March 28, 2026, at Riverfront Plaza, 300 S. River Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70802. The event is a 3.1 mile run/walk with a new route near Downtown Baton Rouge across from the River Center. Race headquarters and the post race party are located on the Riverfront Plaza.
The program includes an Open Individual division, a Fun Team division and four Corporate race divisions. Corporate divisions are organized by company size. According to the published race rules, a Fun Team is composed of four individuals who do not need to work for the same employer. Corporate teams are composed of three members for Division 1 and four members for Divisions 2 through 4; each corporate team must include at least one female, one male and one member aged 40 or older. Team replacements must be made by March 14, 2026.
Chip timing is required for scoring and race bibs with timing chips are provided in race packets. T shirts are included with registration unless registration is completed after March 14, 2026. Tent space and tent rental packages are available; rental includes setup and breakdown and two tables plus twelve chairs, with requests accepted through March 1, 2026. Awards are presented at the post race party across multiple categories, including a Corporate Wellness Award and age group prizes. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
