YMCA 5K Run/Walk In Memory of Marcie Mazzola
The event is a community 5K run and walk held at the Huntington YMCA, located at 60 Main Street, Huntington, NY. A past edition took place on Sunday, May 3, 2026. Registration is not yet open for the next edition and will open prior to the event.
Post-race amenities include awards, prizes, refreshments, and sponsor giveaways. T-shirts are available on a first come first serve basis. Bib pickup is arranged at the Pavilion at the Huntington YMCA for in-person participants, and virtual bibs are shipped to participants.
Awards recognize top overall male and female finishers with a one year Full Adult YMCA membership and a Y gift basket. Age-group medals are awarded across standard age brackets including 15 and under through 80 plus. Team awards include recognition for the fastest cumulative team, largest teams, team theme and spirit, and youth group participation.
Event proceeds support sending children in need to YMCA Summer Day Camp. Live online results, same-day finish line photos and video are provided for participants and spectators.
