A virtual participation window allows upload of times and photos beginning on the event date and extending into the following week. Bib pickup is available the day before and on race day; virtual participants receive mailed materials within a shipment window around the event.
Post-race amenities include awards, refreshments and sponsor giveaways. T-shirts are distributed first-come, first-served and entrants must register two weeks before the event to be guaranteed a shirt. Awards include a top overall male and female prize (one-year full adult YMCA membership and a gift basket), top three medals by male and female age groups across standard age brackets, and team awards.
