Completion of the swim is not mandatory for participants who prefer to begin with the bike. The bike and run use open roads; helmets are mandatory and participants must observe traffic rules.
Online registration is open until Friday July 31 at noon. Volunteers are needed; volunteering for five events grants one free event entry. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
