2XU Triathlon Series Race 4, Elwood
Race 4 of the 2XU Triathlon Series takes place at Elwood Reserve on Sunday 28 February 2027 and includes sprint, fun and junior distances. This event will also host the 2027 AusTriathlon Australian Age Group Team National Selection Race for the Sprint distance to select teams for Pontevedra, Spain.
Entry details state a late fee of $10 applies from Wednesday 24 February; registrations close at 4pm on Friday 26 February unless sold out, and there are no event day registrations. E-guides are available and wave start information is published during race week. eTickets for kit collection are emailed in race week.
Entry prices (inclusive of GST and booking fees) are $119 individual for the Sprint, $79 individual for the Fun Tri and $46 individual for Tri Kids; team prices and fee increases apply as published. Triathlon Australia membership is mandatory; one-day memberships are available at specified rates for each distance.
Event services include Saturday and Sunday kit collection at the venue and a free Tips & Tricks clinic run by Tri-Alliance in the event village on the Saturday before the race. Minimum ages are 15 for the Sprint, 12 for the Fun Tri and 7 to 11 for Tri Kids. Draft-legal sprint categories apply to Elite and Junior/Youth age groups as published. Local road closures will affect Beaconsfield Parade, Jacka Boulevard, Marine Parade and Ormond Esplanade.
