Friends Run Fest 2025 is a fundraising run and walk on 13 December 2025 at the Pillars of Wisdom, Royal Botanic Gardens, Melbourne, VIC. Course, facilities and services
Courses are clearly marked and turn-around points are staffed by volunteers. Drink stations are located at the turn points reported as 2.5 km, 5 km and 10 km. There is one supervised road crossing on course; public toilets are a short walk from the start/finish. First aid stations are located at the start/finish and mid-course, with mobile first responders in vehicles along the route.
Nearby parking is limited; paid parking is available on roads around the Botanic Gardens, with the closest free parking noted on Alexandra Av (2hr) and Anderson St. Closest tram stops are Stop 17 (Grant St/St Kilda Rd) and Stop 19 (Shrine of Remembrance/St Kilda Rd). Bike racks are available near the start area. Post-event provisions include food by Gourmet 2 Go, a raffle, snacks, hydration, seating, finisher photos/videos and a talk from Cancer Council Victoria; after-event gathering at the Mt View is listed.
